We want you to love your purchase! But if something is wrong and you need to return, please review our return policy below:
- To initiate a return, please email email@example.com.
- Product must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
- Hats, eyewear, intimates, jewelry & socks are all considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
- Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs.

Use Your Own Label:
- Please bring the package with the authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the box to your local shipper (FedEx, UPS or USPS) within 14 days of receipt of your package and return to:
- For smoother processing of your return, please send us your tracking number.
Request a Return Label:
- If you would prefer a label be emailed to you, please request one as soon as possible along with a return authorization number.
- Print and affix label to the shipping box & and clearly write the return authorization number on the exterior of the box. Bring to a USPS location within 14 days of receipt of your package.
- The cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.
- You may bring your merchandise directly back to our store within 14 days of receipt. We will issue your return at that time.
- Refunds will be processed upon return, as long as the return complies with our policy.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. If you generated your own label or returned to the store, shipping will not be deducted.
- All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of an item.
- Please inspect your items for damages and contact us immediately for a return authorization number and a replacement order.
- Shipping damages must be accompanied by photos of the shipping box in order to file a UPS claim.
